I just took on my first small mall account this year, and having 20 tons of salt dropped. What do most people charge to spread this ??? The lot is about 7 acres total in size.... the most salt I have ever thrown in the past is about 300 pounds on a job... I should have a new V box next week....

I buy my salt for 47 a ton and spread it from $130.00 to $140.00 on large accounts. On smaller accounts I can get as much as 225.00 a ton.
