Idler and pitman arm unless control arm bushings are bad. Hard to tell but it is easy to see the issue by being under the front and have someone hold in drive and in 4 lo to see what moves or flexes.
They make braces for the pitman and idler arms and better tie rod set ups, Fabtech

Has it had this loose feeling since it was new?
Since you did the torsion keys?

It ONLY has this problem when it's in 4WD correct?

Has it done it ever since you bought it?

Or was it something that seemed to come about over a period of time?
