Chevy 3500 2015 plow wiring

    Question for you guys where are you drilling the hole in the firewall to bring the wiring thur. I have got one answer but trying to figure out the best place. I'm running a 8.2 boss v-plow any help would be awesome thanks

    Plow Prep package has the hole there already with a rubber grommet in there ..... and there is also another rubber grommet near there that can also be used that is in use already ... and some people use the steering column chase grommet ...

    It's on the drivers side under the hood you'll see a large grommet for your factory wires, it comes out over the buss center where your left foot would sit. its about 3 inches in diameter, and is near the bottom driver's corner of the master cylinder mounting brackets.
