i have a first generation ultramount standard blade 7'6.
trying to find out if i could switch out the standard blade to a problade,if i could still use the standard quadrant on a problade.dont want to go to a unimount.i ca find several unimount pros fairly cheap used.rather not have to use the adapter either. thanks

The only thing that should be different is the shock. If I'm not mistaken the standard didn't have a shock and the pro does. The pro blade can be used on 3 or 4 spring quadrants. I don't see why you couldn't use the pro blade and just add a shock mount.
