I have a 99 Chevy CK3500 4x4 Dump in which I have been running an 8 foot Unimount Western Pro for the past ten years
    (front end tortion bars)
    Original milage= 87,000

Would the 9' Pro Plus with wings be too heavy for my truck? It weighs 837# + ultamount

    Or the MVP 8.5' 880# + ultramount

I added a new account this year that is a storage facility 1.8 acres

I will be having Timrens installed

    Thanks in advance

do you really think the extra 80-100 lbs is gonna make or break your truck???

    you'll have no problems

look in my avatar....think mine is 857#s....8.5 pro plus..my truck is a ford but only a 3/4 ton. so your 1ton chevy is close to its capabilities:laughing::laughing:, but it barely moves my front springs down an inch!

    Sad news_salt damage

Sad news this morning, I thought I would be coming home with a new 9' Prop Plus with wings, I was so happy last night
But my truck has chassis rot on the drivers side
I have no idea if this can be fixed with a plate by a welder,
a welder will view it tomorrow
The rot is all before the suspension

Any professional welders out there that can toss an opinion I would appreciate it ASAP
