I think this requires new hardware on the truck side of the set up? But if I trade my Ford and buy a new GMC, keeping the plow, can I then have a Fisher dealer install just the truck side of the set up?

I have an 8' Xblade, Minute Mount 2.

And assuming this is possible, what should I expect to pay for that?

Thank you.

I did the wiring myself. I think the plow mount was $300 or so & then somewhere in the $200 range for install. I would guess mount & install went in the $5 - 600 range. One thing I would have done different - have them do the wiring. Definitely not worth the headache of running wires for probably a savings of $50.

That's what I figured. Any idea what that cost you when you did it?
Just put my blade from my 150 to my NBS 2500. Had to buy new push-plates which I knew 375 at tucks trucks. Also was told my old ISO module would'nt work so new module with headlight harness(used my old controller and harness) that was to the tune of 575 at tucks. hope this give you an idea of what the costs are, Good luck

If you look on ebay you can find the parts cheaper. I got a brand new module for with wiring, all except the battery cable and the cable to the pump, for $300. I got the fish-stik from someone who saw that I was bidding on one and offered me theirs. I paid $150 and it works great. I got a pair of mounts for around $260 shipped, I looked at the wrong auction in my watch page so I thought I lost that one and bought another pair for $300 shipped. I also bought an 04 MM2 8'HD from craigslist for $1900 in great shape. One season old 5/8 cutting edge, and new motor because he thought it was bad. It was just his truck side connection. All in all about $2700 for a fairly new MM2, not including the first set of mounts.
