I have a dxt. The plow is moving slow. When it goes up it only goes half way then I have to let go of the button then hold again to go all the way up. Both sides will not move at the same time. I took cover off and the top of the cap on reservoir was off. I put back on then tried it and it blew the cap off. Please tell me this is not my pump going bad.

More likely a blocked filter screen

Inside the reservoir. You'll need to pull the whole pump out to remove it
