We run strictly boss plows, they are all 8'2" or 9'2" boss v plows. This year we seem to be having major issues with the sub frames breaking. Has anyone else seen this? We work our equipment hard but are far from abusive.

We are installing the 3rd sub frame of the year and parts alone are over $400+. All if the plows are between 3-8 years old.

    Common problem?

I've broken a lot of plows but never a subframe. Which truck is it on and what piece specifically.

Thing I would look into is which guy is using that plow? Or do they switch around to different trucks. Sounds like they are plowing to fast and putting excessive jolts on the frame...
