I have a 2002 Chevy 2500hd with a 13 pin harness with 4 relays. My 8.6 plow has 11 pins.Everything works except the headlights. I have double checked the wire orientation and connections. The plow worked fine on my 87 which also had 13 pin w/o the relays. Any ideas?

If its wired right.. sounds like a relay issue. If it's just regular relays (which I assume it would be) when the light switch is on pin 87 should have 12V. Check the bulbs, Check for corrosion or Hard wire the ***** since it worked on your 87 and call it a day!

I know I said "if it was wired right" My 02....Triple check the grounds. Run a new Jumper as a ground if in doubt.
