    Hello everyone.

I am retiring my old plow truck with an 8' fisher plow and looking to put a new plow on my 2001 Chevy 2500 HD with duramax 6.6 liter.

I have a good friend that swears by Boss plows and a specific dealer. Thisdealer also sell Snow Dogg butreally only markets the lightweight plows. I have looked at their heavy duty line and seems to be pretty decent and I can a full trip 8' stainless stell for about $1000.00 less.

The Boss is around a lot around here and has pretty good reviews by people that use them and Snow Dogg hasjust recently come around. Anybody got any thoughts they would sahre on my choice? Sweating it hard over using my daily driver truck for plowing (although will cause me to not pull nearly as much hair out) and sweating buying a new plow.

I do around 10 longer driveways and a 1200 foot road.

Any concerns or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Think of the extra money spent as insurance that breakdowns will be far and few in between........the BOSS is a very tough plow.
