Hey all you Boss owners..... I looked at and did not like the BOSS built wings a fellow contractor here runs on his 8.2 V.... so I checked out Western built wings..... found them to be a better design and fit with a couple of easy mods and 2 hours work.

Blew the electric pump motor last week.... replaced it with a Western motor at 35% less money...
I now have a half breed Boss 8.2 V with Western Wings... have run the wings ever since installed at the beginning of the season and they work fantastic in all conditions...

Total cost to buy and install.... 700.00 cdn or 695.00 US.. hehehehe...

To install we had to cut some clearance on the outside rib.. drill 2 - 3/4 holes, cut out the bottom corner of the wing to fit around the new BOSS curb protectors on the blades...

They don't rattle since I drilled and pinned the top wing pins..

I like mine too.
They(boss wings) only cost me $500 and they are very strong also.
