So heres my question. Is their any difference in frame widths on 150 vs. a 250 (where the bed sits) and the length, my thought is that a short bed is a short bed length to me should be the same no? Why I ask I have a 02 150 ext.cab short bed. I'm a contractor and I'm tired of getting in and out of the bed to get stuff from the tool box so I would like to put the new style Stahl utility body on can I do this????

I tryed putting a duraliner out of a 2002 f-150 into my 2003 350 and the 150 box was smaller and the wheel wells didnt match, also it was narrower. If this helps

I think the biggest problem you would have is the
added weight of utility box. Then you add the weight
    of your tools,materials,ect.
