can someone tell me how often fuses typically last?

i have a V blow 9 1/2 ft and i pushed a lot of snow yesterday but having an issue with the mini fuse (5) burning out (2 times yesterday)...what am I doing wrong?

There was a service alert on that. The fuses this season were changed to 10A (because of the V-plow). I would recommend changing that fuse to a 10A (you actually can go to 15A without a problem).

That fuse (properly sized) should really never blow.
