I have an opportunity to bid on two hotels. The two hotels are almost next to each other. Within a business apart. The customer wants plowing done at 1" trigger. He wants the main drives plowed through out the storm and after the storm the parking spaces cleared. About how much time would you estimate it would take to service the locations. Any suggestions on what equipment would work best would also be helpful.
Thanks guys. Any help is appreciated.

Guess you want to be bald by the end of the season! Ask if they have long term parking there. You might have some cars sitting for a month. If it looks like that in daytime ,night has to just as bad. Even less parking during the winter.

Lot 1 1.2 acres $100 per visit 30min on main drives and 1 hr to 1.5 when come back clean up

Lot 2 2.9 acres $250 per visit 1 hr main drives Clean up 2.5-3hrs

All depends where the snow gets piled

A truck with a V or a expanding plow should take care of the main drives Parking spots A Skid would be the best pushing it out on main drive so truck can pile it

If I could see it in person my price might be more
