Best place to run harness through firewall on 06 F250

    Where has anyone ran there harness through the firewall on an 06 F250?

    If it is an automatic remove the cover plate for the clutch access. It unbolts easily and you can then work with it in a bench make a nice hole clean the edges so they are smooth install a grommet to protect the wires. Then bolt it back in place and run your wires.

    on the 04...there is already a nice size hole in the firewall from the factory that I run all harnessing through...plow, and spreader, etc.

    It's on the driver side above the pedals and very accessible at the hood.

    i just ran mine through the hood latch grommet...
