I just finished wiring in my new headlight harness and four relays for a 2000 silverado.

Where is a good place to permanently locate the relays and wiring to keep them from getting unplugged, wet, damaged, etc?

try going to a drive through car wash. when you come out, open the hood and look for a dry spot. if it didnt get wet in the wash, it most likely wont get wet while plowing.
agreed with the radiator support. that is where my solenoid is and the control module is on top of my fuse box. 03 gms 2500hd.
