Hi. i have an older pulley/hydraulic system with a Diamond plow. i can raise and lower the plow blade, but cannot angle it either way.i disconnected the hydraulic lines at each cylinder and moving the control lever in each direction got plenty of oil pressure. Could i have a frozen cylinder? There is no leakage at the cylinder. Worked ok last winter. sat through the summer. Thanks for any help
