Has anyone received calcium pellets from Chemical Equipment Labs where sea sacks were covered in black pallet covers and shrink wrapped? The load we got in December was like this and when pulled black cover off the sea sacks were shredded or rotten, the morton calcium bags inside this are shredded like something was in them and inner bags are torn and shredded like something was digging in them. The whole pallet is covered in like one inch piece of white fiber bag material of some sort like something was trying to make nests in them. We've averaged 10 to 12 bags per pallet that bags are hard as rocks and constantly throwing them in the dumpster. Our customers are returning product because of hard bags or are not able to sell them. Just curious if any one else had this problem or we just got a really bad load?
