I'm a new but you can CAREFULLY cut it off, heat up the bearing and hit it out from the inside(if you have room). Or they have pullers and you can even add on a slide hammer to help. Hope this helps

Cut off wheel on a 4.5” grinder make two cuts to split the bearing, becareful and you don’t need to cut all the way through the inner race you can take a chisel and Hamner to break it. Once you get the bearing take emery paper and polish the shaft to remove rust and and burrs you may have made whe removing the bearing. Coat the shaft with Antiseeze and install the bearing.
