Bought this truck today, 10-10-07, after I got "The Twins".

    It's a 1999 Dodge 2500 with the 360 in it, 71k miles, $8,000.

The guys' dad had it, and he died, so his wife 'needed' him to sell it, as he'd just bought a new Dodge 2500 CTD.

It's got a 7.6 Western Unimount that I'm looking to move, I'd like to put a Boss on it.

The frame of the plow and the blade itself has zero rust on it.

The dad had it to plow his city lot driveway, and would completely wash the truck / plow down after each storm and store them both in a heated garage......

How much work do you have to support 3 "new" trucks? Are they replacements, and if so, why all at once & not one each year or every few years?

Very nice, I'll admit (especially concerning the twins, and even this extended cab), but I wouldn't want your payments & associated bills. Good luck!

Currently I'm running approximately 25 commercial properties, that average $400 / month on a flat fee.

I can do them with 2 trucks, but I have bids outstanding on 5 more properties that would be too much, as it's tight as it is with just the two. I figure that with the extra truck, and if I get the bids, it will more than cover the cost, since it'll be about $1800 / month gross with the 5 new accounts.

Even if I don't get them, there's piece of mind that the truck is there.

Everyone needs a back up truck. Even with all new equipment, you never know when you may need it. "Blown tire at midnight -- ripped off valve stem"
