Since the last issue I posted about was fixed in 24 hours, let's try again.

Alerts. Any update? If not, other than them "working on it" when might they be able to actually do something about them?

FYI, complaining ups the post count. Why would they fix anything?
THe search algorithm has to be the worst on the planet. I'm of the opinion that there are no developers just purchasers. It's the toro of the online forums.

Boy, I would have thought that with all the money VS was saving on staff that they could afford to upgrade that pesky UPSTREAM that keeps failing. Guess not.

After dealing with support and developers for my scheduling/routing software, I have lowered my expectations for any and all software programs and improvements.

This is a request from someone else to have property addresses on multiple screens for the customer. Something you would think would be relatively standard in a bizness that services addresses.

Your request has been received by the development team for consideration however these things take time. It must first be approved, then the design team needs to decide how it will fit into the current layout without losing other critical information or reducing the text size or requiring a side scroll option by default after which point development time must be assigned and at that point development would develop it, test it, and should it pass testing it would then be implemented. This is not a quick change type request, as not only are the cosmetic challenges that I already mentioned, but programming would have to be written to pull that code from the customer's table to every other table that would have this information without compromising the currently active code.
Please have patience at this time.

Mind you, there is TONS of extra room on the screens he is requesting this info to be added. None of the BS excuses are valid. Nothing will be lost. Nothing needs to be resized. Nothing will need a side scroll and it wouldn't effect the actual program other than just providing info.

To go one step further in how stupid their excuse is...the "General" tab for the customer has the customer's name a minimum of SIX times in different fields. SIX. But no address on the jobs screen. Just the name.
