:cool:our local blizzard dealer is also a welding/fab. shop and just made me a cutting edge for my 680, the best part is that its now 1/2 inch thick instead of 3/8 and should last more than one season. i would strongly recommend checking with your local fab. shop. good luck dave

Are There After Market Cutting Edges Available.
I Need New Cutting Edges For My 810 But Factory Oringinal Only Lasted 7 Events And Are Almost Into The Moldboard!!!!!::crying:
How many hours in 7 events and what do you plow ?
I have over 150 hours of drop time (actual plowing) on my original edges on my 04 -810. All commercial, and I do some roads as well.
They still have plenty of life left. I need to double up my edges again, and they will last another couple seasons.
Also excessive wear can be caused by improper push beam height. Guys lift there trucks or put larger tires on and dont re-set the push beam, this will burn em up quick.
