Save them to your computer...
For example on the "Livesearch" website I right click on the picture I would like to save and there's no "save as" there???

I have seen some aerials on here so someone knows...I just hope it's not so obvious that I feel like I'm having a "Homer" moment...DOH!!

Use the print screen button (top right of the keyboard) and then paste the image in MS Paint. Once it is in paint you can save it.

I do the same thing with MS Paint, fastest way so far unless you have a program like Adobe photoshop which works good. In google earth you can save each aerial with a a "Push Pin" (placemark) and you can name it. Its cool when planning your route you can see all of the different locations...
