Anyone experienced with mounting Western plows? We currently have one on an 89 chevy 3/4 ton that we would like to put on a 97 Chevy one ton. The current frame is supposed to fit only up to 95 Chevy. Anyone aware of an adapter kit to make this work?

    Any help appreciated.

You shouldn't have to adapt anything frame wise. Assuming the '89 3/4 ton is an IFS (K not V series) the front frame horns should be the same on both units.

trying to think what year my suburban was. I thought that was an 89 and leafs all around, two body styles ago, but i guess 87 was the break in body styles for pickups.. now i'm confused.
