Is it normal for a little blue hydro fluid to be at the end of the rams. It not enough to have puddles on the ground at all. Just a little on the ends of the ram cylinders with some snow. I assume since the rams are going in and out they would have a light coating of hydro fulid on them.

I have a ultramount 7.6 straight blade mid weight.

Normal? No. There should not be visible fluid. It just means they aren't leaking very badly yet.
