My truck was parked in the parking lot in the "off" position and the horn just started going off. All i could do was unplug the power plug from the battery to the horn.

any suggestions on what it might be or how to fix it?
or do i just need to get a new horn?

The horn is OK because it's honking it's could be the contact in the steering wheel stuck. It could be related to the alarm system in the truck?? if you have one.
