i know someone selling a 1 year old Western Unimount mount only (frame?) for a '95 Ford F150. would this be the same mount as a '97 F150? i realize the '97 is the first year of the new body style and would think not but for some reason the guy selling it thinks it is the same for both. he bought the plow with the frame but didn't need the frame.

if it does fit, is it even worth getting into? i'm just looking to get into an inexpensive setup for my '97 F150 even if i have to piece a good deal together. if this is all around dumb just let me know.

There is a differance between the 95 and 97 f150 mounts. The end of 96 is where ford made a change in the frames on those trucks.
