Here are some pics of my 91 3500HD. Don't use the truck much, but have been fixing it up over the years. Bought this truck used in 2000 and have put 7000 miles on it. The truck sits a lot. Things I have done to it. New GM remanufacture transmission, new rear springs with 2 leafs added each side, Rockers and cab corners had rust, cut them out and put new metal in them, new rotors all 4 corners, new brake and fuel lines, the original heater had control levers replaced the heater box with one that has motors. A friend gave me a interior out of a 95 chevy truck, I think, put that in it.

did you order new stickers for the door jambs? Im in process of doing the same thing to my chevy and I thought about getting new stickers for it.

Great job on the restore though, it looks great! Better than new!

The hoist works fine, the motor and pump are Monarch which I think is top of line. The only problem is the volt drop when you dump.

If you are talking about when I replaced the rockers, I just did the bottom of the rocked, did not get up in the jamb side. You can not get those stickers because they have the Vin # on them. When painting you just have to tape them up. If you paint on the door make sure you tape them up too so over spray does not get in between the door and the jamb. Had this happen to me on a truck I painted the door on.

Looks nice! I had a 95' and a 96' similar to yours. Is the dump box newer or just repainted? My 07' 1 ton has that box with the fold down sides, I really like that feature. My newer dumps all have electric dump drive, wereas older ones had pto and they dumped faster. I liked the older ones myself.
