Anyone running a 9.5' on a SRW truck. I need a new truck and in the future will end up with a dually. But for now it is going to be a F350 SRW crewcab shortbed (156"). My current 8' snoway and my 158" wheelbase truck don't seem evenly matched. I think a 9.5' V would cover tires when turning in a SRW. Are there really any cons to a plow that big on a SRW other than tight areas? Thanks, Nick.

Not at all. Many do it. I run an 8611LP on my SRW 350.

Might be tough opening a big lot with a lot of snow, but the V should help. Just make sure you have plenty of counter weight to keep the truck going straight.
