Never really thought about this but if my speed wing fails to lift for some reason is there a way to lock it in an up position so i can get back to the shop? Only have one storm into new plow and it has worked well so far but I know it is going to happen.
Have noticed some more moderate wear on wing edges over main blade edges. Looked online at some carbide set ups and edge protectors. Any input on specific aftermarket carbides and or edge protectors would be appreciated. The one I found that I liked best did not fabricate for my particular brand or model. I know how to make it work for me but the to do list is already a mile long!

There is a hole on the undercarrige lift to put a pin in to lock it up. Getting it up (on a snowbank) and under there are another issue. Bottle jack.Ratchet strap.Pick your weapon...HTH
