Sorry it took a couple of days to reply, been kinda busy.
I know it needs 2 rear shocks and it has an exhaust leak.
Haven't had time to see where it's coming from.

Got underneath it yesterday, it needs a y-pipe.
I'm sending it for a full exhaust.
Will post some pics tomorrow, it was dark when I got home and pics would not have looked right.

Man, I don't prefer Fords, but that seems like a lot of truck for the $$.
If I had the extra, I'd consider it. Unfortunantly, I've gotta sell my back-up/project. (the 77). ;(

    Good luck w/ the sale.

they don't make them like this anymore, the 6.9 diesel was simple, made plenty of power for working, sipped fuel and went forever.

Y-pipe will not be in until tuesday.
Truck is back here until then, figure i'll clean it up a little before it goes back to the shop.

Just put a new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing in it too.
Also replaced the plow pump, works much better now.
Used it yesterday to do some driveways, worked fine.

    still available?

is this still available or has it been sold

sorry for the late post, just really started looking.....

if it is available, let me know a lil more about the body condition, sounds like you have done alot mechanically.

Mechanically the truck is in good shape, I drove it myself during the big storm last month. It went for about 2 1/2 days straight and never missed a beat. I figured I would drive it myself being the oldest truck and being a standard. I always drive the oldest one, and I'm the boss, go figure. The body is going to need some work. While I was under it putting the clutch in it, I noticed the left side of the floor under the step plate is starting to go, and the left cab corner, and the left front fender are starting to go also. If you are interested, let me know and I'll crawl under it with the camera and take some pics of it so you can see.
