The boys '83 GMC Suburban has been rewired by the previous owner . The headlights are running through a 20 amp fuse then pluged into an Ing. slot in the fuse block. I do relize that the lights are to be wired hot, but... Will a 20 amp fuse hold the lights or is it suposed to be Higher??? Can I plug them into a "hot" spot in the fuse block and if so which one???

Thank you for your time and support!!!

20 amp fuse should be good enough, if looking for a better place to get power i would use the junction block on the firewall to the left of the master cylinder, it is hot all the time , something plugged into the fuse box has a better chance of getting kicked and unhooked
