Yup. Time to replace the heads and they are heavy. Rust never sleeps.

right side cylinder head, off of a 7.3 rotted away. Well instead of doing the heads wasn't an option on a 103,000 motor, over the last few months during cold starts it was running rough, soooo I decided to have ford drop in 7.3:dizzy:

agreed. that looks like a painting of a face done by a 3 year old.

so you threw away a perfectly good engine that probably was just "broken in" because of rust on a cylinder head??

WELL by time I get new cylinder heads manifolds and new injectors, oil pan oil cooler, labor, blah blah I'm very close to a new remanufactured engine

I agree with the Reman engine. Especially if you need to plow with it, right now. There must be some kind of warranty, as well.

If it was rot like that then mostly like truck's frame are junk right now.

Truck frame getting thin after that serious rot.
