How do you replace the pin? One is missing and the other is stuck in the blade sleve. I assuume I can heat the tube and beat it out. Any info helpful. Are the diameters the same for the replacement..

You can try to heat the tube and beat it out. We had to do that to one of our plows. If that didnt work cut the pin then cut the sleeve out and put a new sleeve in.

Typed in " trip pin replacement " in upper right hand search box. Did not find info I need. so i posted the thread. I usually find the search feature not very helpful.

So if anyone has a link to this question .Let me know .
    Thanks Gary

i had to replace one last week, heated it up, tried cutting through it , nothing would get it out, it w2as really stuck. ended up cutting a 1/4: slit across the top of thr sleeve and pounding it out. At least now I can grease it!!!

It is pretty hard to get what you are looking for with the search thing sometimes. I have one pin siezed to the moldboard on mine and when I remove the other pin, I can manuever things around enough to separate the sector from the moldboard. Mine is REALLY worn so you may not be able to do that but if you can then you can get the BFH to thne pin and get it out. The tubes are available so you can cut them out and weld in new ones.
