I just had a Fisher HD2 installed n my 19 Ram 2500 and they removed the whole air dam. Was this necessary or just easier for them to install, is there any negative issues with it being removed?
    Thanks

Its either remove it or cut it up.

Negative? You won't be able to do 175 MPH anymore.

lol Hope I can at least hit 160 still! I know parts would be cut, I was just wondering on the whole thing being removed. Dont matter to me if they removed it, I didnt know if would cause any issues like over heating or anything. Thanks for the help

Probably easier to remove than cut. They pulled the one on my '16 and threw it in the bed. We dumped dirt on it. Oops.

I cut mine. Looks good, from a distance you can't even tell you have plow mounts. Without it you may get more spray when hitting puddles without the plow mounted.
