I just purchased a new BOSS TGS 600 as I do every few years and have my complete salter with wiring and controls now available for sale. This spreader has the upgraded RT3 mount instead of the regular 2" hitch which makes installation prior to a snow/freeze event a breeze. I have this spreader mounted, plugged in and straps fastened in less than three minutes.
The lower part of the frame does have some normal rust that I have wire brushed of, wiped down and sprayed with rust oleum. And then sprayed over with lubricant.
