I'm trying to remember. Is there a screen under the oil pressure switch that plugs up with crap. This also feeds the lifter valley. I could, probably be wrong.

I have a 2011, its been ticking for a couple years now. I tried an additive for noisy lifters. It made it slightly quieter.. but that might just be in my head.
Either way, its been 70k km and its still ticking but runs great. That will be your cheapest attempt to fix.

Changing intake/exhaust gaskets didnt change a thing.

Some motors will have a little tick no matter what you do to them. It's annoying but after a while you learn to live with it with no issues.

let someone look at it you trust. If they don't find the obvious don't sweat it.

We had and 01' new. Ticked from about 30k up to 210k when we sold it. Never gave us any trouble. Had exhaust manifolds and gaskets around 130k. Helped quiet things down but the tick was still there. We now have a 2009 and (2) 2011s all right around 100k...the 2009 is the loudest of the bunch. It's interesting there all a little different and all maintained the same way.

look for dark spots around the new gaskets, they should have replaced the manifolds too, they are most likely not true and still leaking

yup, the should know better than to reuse the old ones without at least putting them on a flat wheel to true them
