What would cause a 6.0 to bog down from 60 to 20 in a 1/8mile distance. It is in a 2006 E-350 ambulance. The reason I ask here is because it is one of my g-pa's in the agency. It will be fine then just start bogging down even with no auxilery power or LnS running.

    Thanks for the help.

first check fuel filters, both of them.the underhood one is often overlooked because its tough to get to.scan ecm and check codes.

Like stated above check the fuel filters, if there is any heavy white smoke from the exhaust and the symtoms seem to come and go it might be the EGR valve sticking.
