One of my guys has 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 with a Boss 8' ProPoly. When driving with the plow he sees engine temps in excess of 225 sometimes 230 even up to 240! We installed a twin electric cooling fan behind his radiator, it moves a ton of air when switched on but the truck is still overheating. Any suggestions? The truck runs perfect with the plow off. Have tried all different positions to change airflow and nothing makes a difference.

Throw the e-fans in the corner for another project that they can actually cool and instead install a severe duty fan clutch and the original fan.

Common problem and the common fix.
