Like the title says, I'm leaking fluid out the fill cap. It happens when the pump is running.

Does anyone know what would cause this?

Overfilled? Strainer/filter frozen. More info might be helpful

Overfilling is not the problem. It will keep leaking until eventually, the pump is sucking air.

Freezing could be an issue since it hasn't been above freezing in weeks. But the plow functions work, so the filter can't be completely frozen.

I may try putting some alcohol in the reservoir just to be safe.

you must be aerating the oil some how , is your oil foamy when you take the cap off and look at it, loose pick up tube, pump seals, the oil shouldn't expand enough to run out that much ????
