2001 F350 verses 2005 F350

    Hi I have a 2005 Ford 350 and am looking at a western plow came off of a 2001 F 350 will it fit? If so what changes and or differences?

    You'll need a different mount but all the wiring will work as long as the truck headlamps are the same between your truck and the one it was removed from. Some were HB5 (composite) and some had the old sealed beams. And if they are different then you'll also need a new headlamp plug in harness(s).

    This is all assuming it's an Ultramount plow with the Isolation module system.

    I think you'll have 2 reconfigure the plow if it is an ultramount. We had to do that to my uincles, he went from a 03 to an 05. I agree to you will have to buy a new headlamp harness. If it the doesn't have an isolation module I think you will need more parts.
