2 way antenna placement on tractor

    I have a kubota m135 which has all plastic surrounding the cab. I placed the magnetic cb antenna on a metal plate located in front of the cab however its getting very poor signal.

    Where and how are you mounting your antennas?

    I understand they need some sort of metal surface for grounding etc..

    we have a 2006 Kubota l-4330hstc, we made a small bracket under one of the rear flasher/turn signal

    Same, use the light brackets.

    use a marine ant. it does not require a ground plane(metal underneath)
