2 Plug vs 3 Plug Systems
I'm looking for a second plow to do my parents driveway.
My F350 is a Fisher 2 plug (12 pin), but there seem to be an abundance of 3 Plug plows available in my area.
Other than rewiring my truck, is there an adapter for the plow's 3 plugs to hookup to the trucks 2 plugs?

As @Randall Ave said, no. But if you find a 3 plug plow with the old style square headlights, you could buy the 12 pin harness and rewire the plow. The harness should just be a couple hundred dollars.

Couple of notes: if you count the number of pins on the plow side, you likely have a 9 pin for that truck even though there are 12 holes on the truck side socket. So a 9 pin plow would work, you don't need to look for a 12 pin.

But in either case, you would be looking for a plow at least 24 years old - that's why you are having trouble finding one. So it might be better to find a newer plow and convert it anyway rather than sinking thousands on dollars into a plow old enough to vote, drink, and rent a car..
