    From my craigslist ad:

Bring cash or a trade or some combination of the two and drive it away. Please read the entire ad before asking questions (example: Is it gas or diesel?). I have a 1999 Ford F250 Super Duty Lariat 4x4, V10, 45k ORIGINAL MILES!, ext cab, short bed with an 8' Meyer plow that I'd like to sell, trade for a Harley Heritage Classic, a Subaru WRX or I'd consider other small daily drivers. The truck really has 45k original miles and uses ALL syntheic fluids and I have the maintenance log for it. The V10 runs great and has new passenger side stainless exhaust manifold studs and gasket (common issue on these, almost $400), it shifts great, the plow works perfectly, ac (didn't seem to be blowing cold last time I tried it, but was earlier this year). cd, power features, cruise, leather, keyless entry, sliding rear window, Back Rack, overhead console, F350 rear blocks (F250 blocks included), brand new rear calipers, etc. This truck was as loaded as they got in '99 with every single option. The truck has been used to plow and has a few bruises to show for it, mostly on the back bumper and rear of the bed. There's also a spot on the right front bumper and the left front fender and the windshield is cracked. The truck cleans up well enough and runs and drives well and is ready to be the perfect landscaping truck: the first few dings are out of the way! Please, don't come expecting a beauty. It just towed my friend's race car to Byron and back the other day without a problem and it towed like the car wasn't even there. I have no use for a 3/4 ton truck other than to lend it out to friends that are moving or need to move a car and I have two other smaller plow trucks and two daily drivers that do just fine, so I'm letting her go. I'd really like to trade for a fuel injected Softail Heritage Classic, but I'd consider other bikes or a WRX or 9-2x Aero (small daily driver to possibly replace my Civic dd). I've been looking at the Suzuki Boulvard C50 and C50T... I'm looking for something comfortable for long rides. I also have a 1999 BMW F650 with 7k miles and BMW hard bags that I might be willing to work into a deal. I have cash for a trade up too. I'd really like to trade for a fuel injected Softail Heritage Classic, but I'd consider other bikes or a WRX or 9-2x Aero (small daily driver to possibly replace my Civic dd). I've been looking at the Suzuki Boulvard C50 and C50T...

It might be best to send me an email at patricktberry@gmail.com as I'm trying not to spend my summer on plowsite...

It is not a pretty truck, but it does run and shift extremely well. It'll make a a reliable plow truck for someone that isn't looking for a pretty truck. The plow blade is a little beat up, but the cutting edge is good and it'll move snow. I hooked the plow bak up yesterday and everything works except the plow will only lift a few inches. It worked perfectly when I removed it in April. I just moved and have 4 other cars/trucks that I barely use and really just have the most invested in this one that I use the least. Again, it IS NOT a pretty truck, but it runs GREAT. It's a super solid, super cheap loaded truck that could use a few things here and there that I don't have time for. Clear her up and fix a few little things and sell it in the fall for profit.

I am interested in the truck for use as a back up. What is the bottom dollar you need for the truck. It sure is a nice truck, but i am thinking it is too nice for use as a back up. If /he price is right, I can pick it up today. Let me know. Thanks 847-530-5498

Ah, the bottom dollar question... I don't think it's too nice as a backup; it isn't a pretty truck and the price is right. Send me an offer via patricktberry@gmail.com or give me a call at 630-303-3552. I'll be at work until 5.

Keep in mind it has a 4 spring plow. They are higher then a 3 springer. Harder to trip and more snow moved.
