Nice write up, I did a similar upgrade with my new to me 1995 Silverado with 2022 Hiniker Scoop Plow this season. I would suggest upgrading the battery terminals to a military style lug, which is a much more stable connection compared to what you have now. I had the same battery lugs as you show and they ended loosening up and one even split in half after I tightened it.
