Hello, Im a college student and was recently given a '97 GMC with a Western Snowplow. When I picked it up, the plow and truck worked flawlessly with no issues. Being that I live on campus and we don't have covered parking my truck and plow sat outside. A rainstorm came by and the next day when I...

Bought an old Chevy 1/2 ton with Hiniker plow last month. Control box moves blade up, left, & right ok - normal speed with good control. But there is no control for the down direction - touch the button and the blade slams down. Am new to hydraulic systems. Is this a problem with the control...

I need to replace the auger bearing (spinner end) on my 8500. It is part#6845. After I remove the 2 bolts I don't anticipate it pulling off easily. Besides PB Blaster and heat do you have any tips to make it easier. My main concern is avoiding damage to the auger shaft.

I've been scraping the crud at the bottom of Craigslist for big snowblowers under $100 (poor but hate shoveling). I'm pretty sure I need a big self-propelled one; I have a lot of area to cover, somewhat steep and rough. I'm thinking an ancient, ugly Ariens might be a good match for me. Anyway...

Hey, Is there a way to fix the light mounts on a 2003 BOSS without having to replace the whole assembly? Theres gotta be others out there with this problem! The mounts get all corroded and quickly become loose, and youve gotta use a bungee to hold them on. Let me know, thanks!
