    Hello Everyone,

    my name is Mike and I work for one of the sponsors here at plowsite. I am writing to you because I have an unique insight into the industry from my travels. I used to cover a broader territory than I do now which included P.E.I., Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York and Ontario. I met with over 300 dealers, many of which are now authorized Cotech distributors. I also did dozens of trade show and have spoken to thousands of snow removal specialists over the years. All that to say that what might be equally as important as the snow plow or snow blower your decide to purchase is the dealership you decide to purchase it from. Money is tight for everyone and it's appealing to get a great deal but these are not Sunglasses that your buying, they are work tools. Your will me amazed by the horror stories I hear about shop rates, warranty claims and delivery delays. As a manufacturer we are always concerned with the people representing our product lines and we hope you as the end users have get the quality of service we all expect as consumers. Research your dealerships as well as your product. Have a safe and profitable winter.
