Had a pro welder cut out the old parts off my mount, weld in some new ones. Im very dissatisfied with his work. hey eyeballed it. anyway, i made some ears and put them on my plow. I can only use the bottom hole because the ears are too short. but anyway, its on, its strong, built properly and done in a heck of a lot less time than when i had no clue how to do it.

i am a little irked tho. apparently meyer does not know what 5/8 is, because a 5/8 meyer pin will not fit in a 5/8 hole.

You know that a 5/8 pin goes in a 13/32 (Or 7/16 is only 1/32 shy and close enough) hole not 5/8 right?

Quarter inch wall. They should be plenty strong. If I keep it I will buy the right part and replace them. Doubt I'll keep it
