    No, he just bought it off the guy that was banking on a winter that he could plow snow. Now he had to sell it to pay the mortgage.

    No he's taking it to sell for scrap metal, he figures he'll make more scraping it then plowing with it this year.payup

    Funny that there would be cars driving towards you in the turning lane and that those idiot street painters would paint a yellow line down the middle of it. :laughing:

    I'm hoping to find someone in this position who's got a 9.5 Fisher XV...I don't want to pay 6 grand for a new one but would be more than happy to throw down 3-4 grand for one thats been used twice! payup

    How much snow have you had there this year? Hard to pay big bucks for equipment and not have work for it.

    The scrappers have been going nuts on older municipal equipment (Auctions) here in the Northeast the past few years...
    I don't suppose with 7.8" of snowfall so far this season that will change any.

    1 winter ago that would have been me only with snow on the ground.

    i purchased my snow plow in january of last winter and it got loaded in my pick up bed to get it to where i needed to have it installed.

    2 hours after i had it installed i was out using it to plow driveways.
