When I wire my back up lights I am going to run them thru a relay so they draw less power, would this work for my lightbar or should I direct wire it to the battery with the in-line fuse?(50 amp fuse)

They wont draw less power through a relay whatever the bulb rating is thats what it will draw. The reason to run a relay is because the draw of backup lights is to much for a switch or the trucks reverse light circuit.Wire the light bar per the manufactures wiring diagram or instructions
